About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven and commercially minded professional to join our Founder's Team as a Take Rate Specialist. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of revenue analytics, supplier commissions, supplier relations and commercial strategy. You will work directly with the founding team to identify revenue leakage, optimize supplier commissions,



strengthen supplier relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities across our supplier and partner ecosystem.
This is not a back-office role. You will be expected to get hands-on with data, engage directly with suppliers, support and drive negotiations, solve commercial and operational issues, and make things happen.

What You'll Do

Revenue & Supplier Commission Analysis
Deep-dive into historical spend patterns, financial reports, transaction data and supplier performance to identify where supplier commission revenue is being missed.
Build and maintain dashboards and models that surface supplier commission trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities.
Identify gaps in deal-code application and commercial-rule implementation; flag instances where the correct codes or terms are not being applied and work cross-functionally to fix them.
