2. Job Description
Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Includes business travel to major telecommunications customer and partner hubs such as Bengaluru and Delhi.

3. Role
Lead sales activities and drive revenue growth by targeting major mobile network operators in India, including Jio, Airtel, and VI, as well as telecommunications equipment manufacturers, strategic partners, and resellers. Responsibilities include building sales channels for LIG Accuver’s communication optimization solutions and test and measurement equipment.

Key Responsibilities




• Technology and Market Analysis:
-Analyze 5G/6G technology trends in India, the status of O-RAN adoption, major competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective response strategies.
• Sales Process Development:
-Lead the establishment of local sales processes as the Indian entity transitions from a service-oriented organization to a sales-driven organization.
• Pipeline Management:
-Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to conduct systematic revenue forecasting and provide data-driven performance reports.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle Leadership:
-Lead the full sales cycle for project acquisition, including proposals, technical presentations, advanced price negotiations, and final contract execution.
• Strategic Market Development:
-Identify recent business opportunities in India and build customer partnerships in the telecommunications domain through active networking.
