Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Corporate Functions, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales and other business roles. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.




Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews.
Drive offer management, candidate engagement, and joining.
Maintain ATS data and provide hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience hiring for non-technical/business roles.
Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Workday.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
MBA/PGDM in HR.
Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
