GetLook – Salon At Home is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore.
? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
? Work From Office

What will you do?
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and tracking our day-to-day city operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track daily bookings and appointments
Coordinate with beauticians for smooth appointment execution
Manage appointment schedules, reschedules and cancellations
Track beautician availability and allocation
Monitor ongoing appointments and resolve operational issues
Coordinate between customers, beauticians and internal teams
Track daily operational performance and prepare reports
Ensure appointments are completed on time
Identify operational gaps and take quick corrective action
Support the team in improving overall city operations
What are we looking for?




1–3 years of experience in operations / coordination preferred
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership and attention to detail
Comfortable coordinating with field teams

⭐ Bonus: Experience in beauty, salon, hospitality, hyperlocal, delivery, gig-work, marketplace or startup operations will be an added advantage.
