nEmpower dealers and customers to maximise the value of our AI-powered platform. Drive product adoption, deliver impactful training, and become the face of customer enablement.

n Responsibilities

- Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customersn
- Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentationsn
- Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughsn
- Track training completion and adoption metrics n
- Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reportingn




- Provide post-training support and resolve product queriesn
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Salesn
- Improve training experience based on feedbackn

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace n
- Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reportingn
