Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing who can independently manage multiple client accounts in a rapid-paced digital agency environment.
The role requires complete ownership of the performance marketing funnel—from planning, campaign setup and execution to tracking, CRM integration, lead-quality analysis and actual revenue realization.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role to begin with. The person should be able to personally set up, execute, troubleshoot and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads while managing budgets, clients and business outcomes.
Performance will be measured not only on lead volume or CPL but also on qualified leads, conversions, revenue and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Performance Marketing
Independently manage multiple client accounts and own:
Business and revenue objective understanding
Media planning and budget allocation
Campaign strategy, setup, execution and optimization
Lead and conversion tracking through CRM
Revenue attribution and ROI analysis




Identification of funnel leakage and scaling opportunities
Translate client business goals into measurable digital marketing plans and ensure campaigns are tightly linked to business outcomes.

2. Google Ads & Meta Ads
Independently plan and manage:
Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube/Video, Remarketing, Call, Brand and Non-Brand campaigns.
Meta Ads: Lead Generation, Website Conversion, Awareness/Video, Traffic/Engagement, Remarketing, and Custom and Lookalike Audience Campaigns.
Own campaign architecture, keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, placements, ad assets, negative keywords and ongoing optimization.

3. Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
Set up and manage the complete measurement framework, including:
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Google Ads conversion tracking
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
UTM framework
Landing page and call tracking
Offline conversion tracking
Cross-platform
