n About the Role
nRB LawCorp is looking for a tech-savvy Sales qualified who can drive the marketing and sales of our in-house HRMS and Legal Case Management Software solutions.
nThe role will be primarily sales-oriented, involving lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, relationship management, and converting prospects into paying clients.
nThe ideal candidate should understand HRMS / HR technology and be confident in presenting software solutions to HR teams, corporates, law firms, and other potential clients.

n Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients for the firm's HRMS and Legal Software.n
- Coordinate with the development/technical team for product development, redevelopment, upgrades, and new feature requirements based on client feedback, market trends, and business requirements.n
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demonstration,



negotiation, closure, and onboarding.n
- Conduct professional and convincing product demos for prospective clients.n
- Understand the client's requirements and demonstrate how the software can solve their business and HR-related challenges.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, CXOs, Legal Heads, and other decision-makers.n
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, meetings, and other business development activities.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.n
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and client communication.n
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities for the software.n
- Coordinate with the internal technology/product team for client requirements, demos, customizations, and onboarding.n
- Gather client feedback and communicate market
