(???-??????????)- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Company Secretary / PCS firm - Hands-on experience in filing all ROC forms independently (including annual filings and event-based compliances) - Working knowledge and practical exposure to XBRL filings - Experience in drafting Board & General Meeting minutes, resolutions, and notices - Exposure to ESOP structuring/documentation and CSR policies - Ability to read, interpret, and provide practical views under the Companies Act, 2013 ???? ????????????- Independently handle end-to-end ROC compliance assignments - Draft, review,
