The consultant will:Assess the current environmentChallenge existing controlsDesign a pragmatic Zero Trust security architectureEstablish an institutional‑grade security programmeThe client has completed a management‑led internal security review and is executing an active remediation program. Building on this foundation, they require an independent senior practitioner to pressure‑test the current state, validate and strengthen the strategic direction, and deliver a robust security architecture, process framework, and operating rhythm.This is a hands‑on advisory role reporting directly to senior leadership (CEO‑1).
