Position: Full-Time Fashion DesignerWe are looking for a creative, trend-focused and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our growing kidswear team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign innovative and commercially viable collections for girls aged 1–10 yearsDevelop seasonal, festive, ethnic and casual collectionsCreate mood boards, colour palettes, design concepts and detailed design sheetsDevelop designs from initial concept through sampling and final productionSelect appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments and accessoriesCoordinate closely with sampling, production and merchandising teamsConduct fashion and kidswear trend researchCreate and present 3D garment designs and visualisations using CLO 3DMake design modifications and 3D samples to reduce physical sampling timeEnsure designs maintain the brand’s aesthetic,



quality and commercial requirementsRequirementsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalent2+ years of relevant fashion design experience, preferably in kidswearStrong working knowledge of CLO 3D is mandatoryProficiency in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop or equivalent design softwareGood understanding of fabrics, garment construction, patterns and finishingStrong knowledge of fashion trends, colours and silhouettesCreative mindset with excellent attention to detailAbility to independently develop a collection from concept to productionStrong communication and coordination skillsIdeal CandidateSomeone who can combine creativity + fashion sense + technical garment knowledge + CLO 3D expertise and turn ideas into production-ready designs.What We OfferFull-time opportunity with a growing kidswear brandOpportunity to work on complete collections from concept to productionCreative and collaborative work environmentScope for skilled growth?
