NKey Responsibilitiesn* Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company. N* GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances. N* Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping. N* Income Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members. N* Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring. N* Payroll processing and statutory compliance. N* MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis. N* Build SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls. N* Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities. NIdeal Candidaten*Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience. N* Robust knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances. N* Experience working witha Private Limited Company. N* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
