Nhttps://edugenius.In/ NAbout the rolenWeare looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and relationship building. NKey Responsibilitiesn1.Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions from the assigned database. N2.Connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant Edugenius solutions. N3.Conduct online product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. N4.Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects. N5.Build robust client relationships and convert qualified leads into successful deals. N6.Prepare proposals and coordinate with the Head Office on sales activities, strategies,



and requirements. N7.Negotiate with prospects and work towards achieving assigned sales targets. N8.Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and closures. N9.Regularly update the team on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress. NWhat we are looking for NStrong communication and interpersonal skills. NConfidence in sales, calling, and client interaction. NGood convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. NTarget-oriented and self-motivated approach. NPrior experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or B2B Sales is an advantage.
