JOB PURPOSEnLead the furniture and interior product design function, combining solid aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop innovative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions. N2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES N- Lead and manage the design team. N- Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends. N- Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions. N- Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. N- Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes. N- Lead design for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.



N- Track global trends anddrive design innovation. N- Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent. N- Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues. N- Support sales with presentations and client discussions. N4.
