Job DescriptionJob description N Position: Junior / Designer / Senior Designer N Location: Mumbai Studio N Roles & Responsibilities: Nn Conceptual Design & Spatial Analysis: Develop innovative and functional design concepts, considering spatial requirements and user experience. N Technical Services Design: Create technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. N Décor & Styling: Curate aesthetically pleasing interiors, selecting appropriate furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the space. N Project Supervision& Coordination: Oversee project execution, liaising with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. N Project Planning, Scheduling, and Certification: Develop project plans, manage schedules, and facilitate necessary certifications and approvals. N Experienced Drafting: N Proficient in drafting tools and techniques to translate design concepts into detailed drawings accurately. Nn Candidate Attributes: Nn Bachelor's Degreein Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline. N Profound knowledge of furniture systems and finishes, staying updated with industry trends.



N Strong understanding ofspace planning principles, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively. N Creativity and Innovativeness: Demonstrate a flair for creative problem-solving and innovative design solutions. N AutoCAD Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing. N Design Sensibility: Possess a keen eye for design aesthetics, color theory, and spatial awareness. N Interest in Changing Trends: Stay abreast of evolving design trends and incorporate them into projects where relevant. N Experience: N For Junior: Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience. N For Designer: Minimum 6 years of relevant interior design experience. N For Senior Designer: 8 to 10 years of relevant interior design experience, with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
