Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess robust relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability. The position is based out of Mohali. NKey Responsibilitiesn- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing. N- Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team. N- Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns. N- Solid network of publishers and affiliate partners. N- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills. N- Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. N- Strong understanding ofaffiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers,



or similar. N- Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards. N- Analytical mindset withthe ability to optimize campaign performance using data.
