The role offers exposure to end‐to‐end finance operations, monthly and statutory reporting, budgeting cycles, and audit interactions, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial insights. NKey responsibilitiesnFinancial Accounting & Group Reporting Nn Take ownership oflegal entity accounting activities, ensuring alignment with established accounting standards, policies,
and timelines N Contribute to group consolidation processes by preparing consolidation schedules and supporting inter‐company and elimination activities N Play an integral role in the month‐end close process, including journal postings, account assessments, and variance analysis N Support the preparationand review of monthly group financial reports, ensuring data integrity and consistency across entities NnBalance Sheet & Financial Controls Nn Drive the preparation and review of balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and control compliance N Partner with stakeholders to investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely and structured manner N Contribute to strengthening reconciliation quality and financial hygiene through disciplined reviews and documentation NnBudgeting & Forecasting Support Nn Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises by preparing financial datasets and coordinating inputs across teams N Assist in consolidatingand validating budget and forecast information to support management decision‐making NnAudit & Compliance Nn Act as a key liaison for internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely information flow N Support audit readinessthrough maintenance of accurate records, documentation, and adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements NnKey competencies Nn Sound understanding of IFRS / GAAP principles, legal entity accounting, and consolidation concepts N Qualified Chartered Accounts, CA. N Strong working knowledge of GL processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and month‐end close activities N Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling N High attention to detail combined with a structured, process‐oriented mindset N Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively N
