The role involves generating MIS reports, tracking productivity and therapist productivity, managing incentive payouts, monitoring patient payments and renewals, and providing actionable insights to support growth. NKey Responsibilitiesn
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. N
- Track and analyze performance, numbers, and key operational KPIs. N
- Monitor productivity, utilization, and performance metrics. N
- Calculate and validate monthly incentive payouts. N
- Track patients data andrenewal status. N
- Maintain clinic-wise operational data and ensure data accuracy. N
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve operational efficiency,



and support decision-making. N
- Automate reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible. N
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting. NQualifications & Experience N
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or a related field N
- 2–5 years of experiencein MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis. N
- Experience in healthcare or homecare is preferred. NSkills Requiredn
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas) N
- Power BI (preferred) N
- SQL (preferred)n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills N
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy N
