NEmpower Your Business with Advanced Data Solutions| USEReady NJob DescriptionnRole- Senior Project Manager NLocation- Hongasandra, Bangalore ( Hybrid) NDescriptionnn Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams. N Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks. N Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate Oil & Gas operational objectives (upstream, midstream, downstream) or Manufacturing into scalable data and AI solutions. N Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking,



and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards. N Manage cross-functionaland geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes. N Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes, enhance data-driven insights, and deliver measurable business value. NnPreferred Experience: Nn 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs. N Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing. N PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. N Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.
