N Own project planning, sprint planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and delivery timelines. N Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. N Create and manage project plans, sprint boards, Jira tickets, user stories, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones. N Run Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. N Track team progress, identify blockers, resolve issues, and escalate risks when required. N Ensure tasks are clearly assigned, understood, estimated, tracked, and delivered on time. N Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, status reports, RAID logs, and project dashboards. N Communicate project status clearly to internal teams, clients, and leadership. N Manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies,



and stakeholder expectations. N Ensure developers follow proper delivery processes, coding standards, testing processes, and release workflows. N Coordinate UAT, production releases, bug fixes, change requests, and post-release support. N Take full ownership of project success, delivery quality, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
