Job Type: Full-time, In office Position 1: B2B Sales Executive – Female Job Summary We are looking for a female B2B Sales Executive with 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, visiting clients across Ahmedabad, managing leads, coordinating orders, and building long-term B2B client relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities. Call qualified leads and schedule client meetings before field visits. Visit clients across Ahmedabad for product presentations and business development. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Follow up with existing clients for repeat and bulk orders. Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively. Coordinate with the internal team and clients regarding advance payments, order specifications,



and timely dispatch. Maintain regular follow-ups on pending quotations, orders, and payments. Submit a Daily Sales Report (DSR) including client visits, requirements, follow-ups, and sales status. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Candidate Requirements Gender: Female Experience: Fresher to 6 months / relevant B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and client relationship-building skills. Confident and presentable personality. Willingness to travel/visit clients across Ahmedabad. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field visits. Salary & Benefits Incentives: Performance-based Petrol Allowance: Applicable for field visits Training: 7 days training period Salary will be reviewed/increased based on performance after the training period. Performance incentives will be paid only after 100% payment is received against the converted order.
