As a Junior AI Associate, you will support the development and operation of AI, automation, and digital solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem within a life sciences environment.

Working alongside experienced developers and subject matter experts, you will contribute to documentation, project coordination, data preparation, testing activities, user support, and low-complexity automation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled transformation within a regulated industry.

Requirements

- Degree or initial experience in Data, Automation, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Exposure to Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, CROs, Healthcare, or another regulated environment through studies, internships, or work experience.
- Strong Excel skills and interest in Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams,



Copilot Studio).
- Understanding of data quality, documentation, traceability, and confidentiality principles.
- Ability to prepare, structure, and validate data while maintaining accurate records.
- Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong Communicator: Converts complex or incomplete information into transparent, concise documentation and updates.
- Collaborative & Proactive: Works effectively with stakeholders, identifies gaps, and drives actions forward.
- Curious & Adaptable: Eager to learn new technologies, accept feedback, and continuously develop skills.
