Role Overview
We are looking for experienced SAR Drafting / Transaction Monitoring Analysts with solid expertise in AML, Transaction Monitoring, SAR drafting, and financial crime investigations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to identify suspicious activities, assess financial crime risks, conduct investigations, and prepare accurate and well-structured SAR narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Transaction Monitoring and investigate potentially suspicious financial activities.
- Draft, review, and quality-check SAR narratives and regulatory reports.
- Conduct complex financial crime investigations and analyze customer transaction behavior.
- Perform OSINT and customer due diligence using internal and external investigation sources.
- Analyze transaction patterns, customer profiles, and risk indicators to identify potential AML concerns.
- Apply risk-based judgment and recommend appropriate escalation and risk mitigation actions.
- Conduct research using LexisNexis and other financial investigation/database tools.
- Support crypto-related investigations, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and investigation records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex and escalated cases.
- Ensure investigations and reporting activities comply with applicable AML
