Transport Manager

Job description:

- Manage overall transport and fleet operations for PMC project personnel and site requirements.
- Plan and coordinate vehicles for staff movement, site visits, airport/railway transfers and official duties.
- Manage vehicle deployment, scheduling, routing, drivers and daily movement plans.
- Ensure availability, fitness, registration, insurance, permits and statutory compliance of all vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, servicing and repair schedules.
- Coordinate with vehicle vendors/contractors and verify service performance and bills.
- Implement driver and vehicle safety requirements, including driving discipline and emergency procedures.
- Maintain vehicle logs, trip sheets, fuel records, maintenance records and transport MIS.
- Address transport-related complaints and ensure uninterrupted transportation support to the PMC team.

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

Candidates should be willing to work at the respective project site locations based on the role and project requirement.
