Role Description The Technical Writer – Agratas Production System (APS) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tenkasi. The role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining clear, accurate documentation for APS, including user guides, process manuals, technical specifications, and system overviews. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, product owners, and operations teams to gather information; translating complex technical concepts into accessible content; and updating existing documentation as systems evolve. The Technical Writer will ensure all materials meet quality standards, follow consistent style guidelines, and support training, onboarding, and operational use of APS.



The role also includes reviewing feedback from stakeholders and continuously improving documentation to enhance usability and comprehension.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication, with the ability to explain complex APS concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Technical Documentation and Documentation management, including version control and structured content organization.
- Proficiency in creating Manuals and other user-facing guides that support operations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience documenting production systems, manufacturing or industrial processes, or similar technical environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tenkasi, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and research skills, and a consistent, concise writing style.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown editors, wikis, or help-authoring tools) and basic understanding of IT or software systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
