We at Coforge are hiring a Business Analyst - Payments with solid expertise in SEPA, ACH, and Wire Payments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of payment processing, banking operations, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end payment lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solutions.
- Lead requirement workshops and prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze and support payment systems covering SEPA, ACH, Wire Transfers, and SWIFT payments.
- Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to validate business requirements and test scenarios.
- Support payment modernization, ISO 20022, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Required Skills





- Strong Business Analyst experience within the Banking and Payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEPA Payments
- ACH Payments
- Domestic & International Wire Transfers
- SWIFT Messaging
- ISO 20022 Standards
- Expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process modeling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of payment regulations, compliance, and operational processes.

Preferred

- Experience working on payment transformation or modernization programs.
- Exposure to real-time payments, cross-border payments, and treasury operations.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis.
- Experience with leading payment platforms and core banking systems.
