- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordinationn
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsn
- Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emailsn
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentn
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hoursn
- Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferredn
- Experience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantagen
