Job DescriptionAnixon Consulting is looking for a Sales Lead | CRM & Professional Services who can own and grow our CRM implementation and consulting business.
nThis is not a software licence-selling role.
nWe are looking for someone who understands how to sell CRM implementation, consulting, automation, and professional services engagements by first understanding a customer's business, sales processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
nYou may come from the Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ERP, Business Applications, Digital Transformation, or IT Consulting ecosystem. What matters most is your ability to sell solutions and implementation engagements and not just products.
nYou will initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor, owning opportunities from qualification through closure. As the business scales, you will have the prospect to build and lead the sales function.
nYou will own:

- New business development and revenue generationn
- Qualification of inbound and outbound opportunitiesn




- Discovery and exploration conversations with prospectsn
- Understanding business and sales-process requirementsn
- Working with Business Analysts and Solution Consultants to develop the right solutionn
- Creating and presenting commercial proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)n
- Managing objections, negotiations and commercial discussionsn
- Closing CRM implementation and consulting engagementsn
- Maintaining a disciplined CRM pipeline and revenue forecastn
- Developing relationships with founders, CXOs, Sales Heads and other decision-makersn
- Creating new-logo opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and partnershipsn
- Ensuring a structured handover from Sales to the Delivery teamn
