Role Description The Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for overseeing all procurement activities for the organization’s schools and educational facilities. In this role, the Purchase Manager identifies and evaluates vendors, negotiates contracts and pricing, and ensures timely procurement of educational materials, supplies,



equipment, and services. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate purchase records, and aligning procurement decisions with budget guidelines and quality standards. The Purchase Manager collaborates closely with school leadership, finance, and operations teams to forecast purchasing needs, streamline processes, and support smooth day-to-day functioning of the institutions. The role also includes regularly reviewing procurement policies, analyzing cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
