Job Description About the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive for our growing Versatile Printing & Packaging business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry exposure in flexible packaging products, customer handling, costing coordination, business development, and end-to-end sales execution. The person will play a key role in building market presence, customer relationships, internal coordination systems, and sales processes from the ground up.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.n
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers across industries such as FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals, agro, chemicals, personal care, etc.n
- Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.n
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and customer acquisition goals.n
- Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions with clients.n




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.n

n Technical & Product Knowledge

- n
- Possess strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, structures, printing processes, laminates, pouches, rolls, and packaging applications.n
- Guide customers on suitable packaging solutions based on product requirements.n
- Coordinate with production, design, quality, and planning teams for technical feasibility and execution.n
- Understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the packaging segment.n

n Sales Process Development & Coordination

- Help establish and streamline the organization’s sales processes, systems, and customer handling practices for the flexible packaging division.n
- Create structured systems for enquiry tracking, quotation management, sampling, follow-ups, order processing, and customer communication.n
