nAbout the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive – Medical Billing & RCM to join our growing healthcare business development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in US medical billing, RCM, denied claims, healthcare B2B sales, or medical billing client acquisition and a solid understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle. This is a target-driven, outbound sales role focused on acquiring new US-based clients, including medical practices, physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, and practice owners who require medical billing and RCM services.

- Identify and prospect potential clients across the US healthcare market, including physicians, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.n
- Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day to US-based healthcare business owners,



practice managers, physicians, and decision-makers.n
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into new medical billing and RCM clients.n
- Present and explain the company's Medical Billing, RCM, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, and related healthcare revenue cycle services.n
- Understand prospects' existing billing challenges and identify opportunities where our services can improve collections and reduce revenue leakage.n
- Handle the complete business development cycle from prospecting and cold calling to qualification, presentations, negotiations, and client acquisition.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective US healthcare clients.n

nQualifications: 2-3 years of experience in US medical billing, RCM, denied claims, healthcare B2B sales, or medical billing client acquisition.
nRequired Skills: Strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle.
