What you'll do
Work on customer success and day-to-day business operations
Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems
Assist with billing, reports, and operational processes
Coordinate with customers and internal teams
Identify opportunities to improve systems and automate repetitive work
Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
