nABOUT THE ROLE
nThis is a critical leadership role at Gryd Co. We're looking for a driven, vision-led Team Lead — someone who takes real ownership of client accounts and team outcomes, not just oversight of them. You'll manage client relationships, set the direction for project execution, and lead a team of Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, and Designers. Beyond strong client servicing and digital/social/PR know-how, we want someone who sets clear goals, holds the team accountable to them, and genuinely leads from the front.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Own the performance and growth of client accounts — not just manage them — building strong relationships and
ndriving high client satisfaction.
n• Set clear goals and direction for the team, and lead them to consistently deliver against those goals.
n• Lead and mentor Social Media Managers, Designers, and other team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day
noperations.
n• Plan, monitor, and oversee timely execution of content calendars and project deliverables.
n• Coordinate with internal teams — Strategy, Design, Content, Digital Marketing, and Finance — to ensure seamless
nexecution.
