Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion within the
dynamic Indian market, based in our Delhi office. The ideal
candidate will be instrumental in forging new partnerships, driving
revenue growth, and establishing Qureos as the leading career
acceleration platform in the region. Responsibilities As a Business
Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying
strategic opportunities and building a solid client base. Your key
duties will include: Developing and implementing a strategic
business development plan to achieve company sales targets and




expand our customer base in India. Identifying and engaging with
potential clients, including corporations, start-ups, and
educational institutions, to understand their talent acquisition
and development needs. Building and maintaining strong,
long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers,
and industry partners. Presenting and demonstrating the value of
Qureos's AI-powered platform, mentorship programmes, and
project-based learning solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise revenue
and profitability. Conducting market research to identify new
trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to
ensure our offerings are aligned with the needs of the local
