Role: Finance Manager, Delhi Experience: 6- 8 years Salary: 10- 12 LPA Note: Experience in the NGO/Development Sector is mandatory. About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial management, compliance, donor reporting, and project finance operations within a growing NGO. The role requires a solid understanding of fund utilization, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and project-based financial management. The Finance Manager will work closely with leadership, program teams, donors, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure robust financial governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management & Reporting- Manage the organization's accounting and financial management systems. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections. Develop and maintain project-wise financial dashboards for budget tracking and expense monitoring. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Budget vs. Actuals , MIS, and financial performance reports for leadership review.



Monitor fund utilization across projects and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations. Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, and financial record maintenance. 2. Donor & Grant Management- Prepare and submit donor financial reports in prescribed formats. Track grant utilization and ensure adherence to donor guidelines and budget allocations. Coordinate grant requests, fund releases, and utilization reporting. Support donor audits and financial reviews by maintaining complete and accurate documentation. 3. Compliance & Audit- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements and applicable regulations. Manage PF, TDS, Income Tax, GST (where applicable), payroll-related compliances , and other statutory filings.
