Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. Candidates with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain experience are highly preferred.

The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional workshops.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses
- Analyze and support EPC-specific finance processes including project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials,



and business process documentation.
- Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
- Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, business users, and project teams in a client-facing onsite environment.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Solid client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite/client-facing role.
- Experience with EPC business processes is highly preferred.

Education & Certification

- BE / MBA / CA (Inter/Final) or equivalent academic qualification.
- Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
