The Technology organization at KKR is a passionate team of technologists and product managers committed to delivering impactful solutions that create value for stakeholders, clients, and investors. As part of this team, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives within Salesforce.com, focusing on leveraging Financial Services Cloud to meet complex business needs. This role involves collaborating with offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce configurations, support ongoing enhancement projects, and drive strategic initiatives such as mobile strategy and security governance. Mentoring junior team members and serving as a trusted advisor to end users and business partners will be integral to this role, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.





Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. You should have at least 8–10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with demonstrable expertise in designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions. Proven leadership skills, including mentoring or leading junior analysts or developers, are essential.

Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly with Financial Services Cloud, is highly desirable. A passion for technology, architecture, and problem-solving at scale is critical. You should have strong knowledge of object-oriented design, SQL, and Excel, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables within a distributed team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English are required, especially when working with U.S.-based stakeholders. Flexibility to accommodate overlapping working hours with offshore teams and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment are also important. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements by partnering directly with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Design and develop technical and functional solutions based on business needs with minimal oversight, leveraging Salesforce configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products.
- Define and execute testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and UAT phases,



utilizing advanced Salesforce debugging tools to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in business and technology discussions, including requirement gathering, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
- Design scalable data models within Salesforce, applying sound object-oriented architecture principles to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Oversee deployment processes and provide post-production support, leveraging scratch orgs and collaborating on CI/CD best practices.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, especially during overlapping working hours.
- Assist end users with onboarding, questions, and issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
