Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge Experience of working on different Servicenow modules like ITSM IT service management TSOM Telecommunications Service Operations Management FSM Field Service Management CMDB Configuration Management Database Inventory ITOM Enterprise IT Operations Management TSM Telecommunications Service Management OMT Order Management TNI Telecommunications Network Inventory etc
- Good knowledge experience of Products Service Catalog Client Scripts Service Side scripting Business Rules and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities
- Configuration Customization Implementation of the ServiceNow system followed by effective integration using workflows
- Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions including ODBC REST SOAP LDAP SSL KAFKA etc
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures proposing and enforcing coding standards
- Good experience in Agile way of working Scrum User Story Sprint model JIRA Confluence tools
