We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mansion Upkeep Ambassador to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our property's excellence, ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to exceptional standards. As a Mansion Upkeep Ambassador, you'll combine meticulous attention to detail with genuine care for our guests' experience, maintaining our stunning property to the highest caliber while building meaningful relationships with our team and clientele.

- Clean, organize, and maintain all assigned areas according to established standards and procedures, ensuring consistent excellence throughout the property
- Replenish guest supplies promptly and efficiently, anticipating needs through careful observation and proactive communication
- Organize, maintain, and secure all equipment and materials used for daily tasks, including personal equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Collect and manage daily room allocations and keys, maintaining accurate worksheets and ensuring secure sign-out and sign-in procedures throughout your shift
- Communicate essential information to supervisors and team members, such as guest requests, special needs, pets in-house, and any unusual observations
- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests, either personally or through effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Report any damage, malfunctions,



or maintenance concerns in guest rooms and common areas to your supervisor immediately
- Maintain comprehensive section room reports and daily productivity documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Attend daily briefings with supervisors, actively engage with assigned tasks, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
- Report lost and found items to the security office immediately and handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Record room status accurately in your assigned section and maintain detailed incident logs as required
- Comply fully with the property's health, safety, and hygiene policies, and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors, including valet services such as linen delivery and laundry order processing
- Understand and respect the distinctions between guest levels, including VIP guests, and room categories
- Ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures
- Familiarize yourself with property safety protocols, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with property requirements, maintaining detailed and accurate records
