Job Title: Reservation Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to manage all aspects of guest bookings. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, optimizing revenue, and providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be proficient in property management systems and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, clarifying rates, packages, and addressing special guest requests.
- Contribute to revenue optimization by maximizing room occupancy and identifying up-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Generate essential reports, including daily, fortnightly, and monthly status charts, rooming lists, and billing reports.




- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all reservation-related data is up-to-date.
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Skills: Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi), proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office), strong negotiation abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a related field is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
