Central Government & Institutional Design Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to MSDE/DGT on PM-SETU Component II design and operationalization. Blueprinting: Lead the service design and blueprinting of NSTIs as National Centres of Excellence. Policy Translation: Translate policy intent into clear institutional models, operating frameworks, and phased implementation plans. Leadership Support:



Prepare high-quality decision notes, policy briefs, and strategy decks for senior ministry leadership. Academy Models: Design NSTI-led Trainer Academy models, including CPD pathways, coaching systems, and recognition frameworks. 2. Training Design & Delivery at Scale: In-service Training: Support the design of systems enabling the training of 50,000+ instructors at scale.
