Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs that meet business and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and user feedback sessions, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and maintain design systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of design implementations.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:





- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product or digital environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Robust understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
