We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer-Civil to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage construction projects on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise during the construction phase.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
