We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in renewable energy project management and a passion for sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for solar installations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships for solar components and services.
- Oversee installation processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or related field.
- 9-11 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically solar projects.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and system design.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of project financing and budgeting for solar projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local and national regulations related to solar energy projects.
