- Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO Voice Process

- Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Offs
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility
- Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding banking services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of BPO voice process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
