About the Role





Praxis HR Solution is looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical/non-technical suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and support candidates through the joining process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
