Description

We are seeking an experienced QSR Trainer to join our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quick Service Restaurant operations and a passion for training and developing staff. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement training programs for QSR operations staff.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on operational procedures, customer service, and food safety standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.




- Maintain training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in QSR operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on training and development.
- In-depth knowledge of QSR operations, food safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse audience.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
