Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursing graduates who are interested in building a career in the Healthcare BPO and Medical Coding industry. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate medical codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines after successful training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review patient medical records, physician notes, laboratory reports, and discharge summaries.
- Understand clinical documentation and identify relevant diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.




- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient data confidentiality.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
