Preferred Candidates :
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in safety
• At least 1 Years experience in Steel Industry
• Must have Knowledge in BBS/ Safety Training.
• Passion towards training topics
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Safety Trainer is responsible for providing safety training for employees, contractors, and others who are visiting the Iron &Steel; plant .
• Prepare and deliver training modules based on job-specific hazards and operational requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings at the worksite.
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification records.
• Monitor worker compliance with secure work procedures and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and HSE teams to identify recurring unsafe practices and provide corrective training.
• Prepare weekly/monthly training reports and analyse training effectiveness.
