responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from

Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels,
including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to
identify and attract qualified candidates. Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates'
qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Interview
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates
across different timezones and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth
and effective process. Job Advertising: Create and post compelling
job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the
role and attract top talent. Applicant Tracking: Manage a
Recruitment tracker to keep track of candidate progress and
maintain accurate records. Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to
