Work you'll do

As a Services Support Associate II, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Employee Life Cycle team, you will be responsible for:

Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients on Employee Life Cycle matters
Managing compensation and benefits activities, including rewards and recognition, for India and the United States
Administering employee transactions and support processes, including long-term disability notifications, tuition assistance, emergency backup day care, adoption programs, and wellness programs




Supporting reporting, analysis, organization unit reviews, and standard operating procedure documentation
Participating in annual compensation planning and supporting awards processing and sales incentive activities, including basic Sales Incentive Administration (SIA) support

The team

The Employee Life Cycle team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate’s onboarding. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
